Contractor Information

It is mandatory to issue a contractor wristband to all contractual staff involved in the assembly and dismantling stages of iVT Expo 2025 in order to gain access to the venue during these periods.

For security reasons, a contractor wristband is required for entry into the exhibition hall and are compulsory for contractors to wear during build-up. These must also be worn by exhibiting staff members who have not yet obtained an Exhibitor Badge. Please submit the names and contact details of all contractor staff who will be present on-site and they can be collected from security on-site.

In order to help you and your contractors, it is compulsory that a copy of the work identity card is downloaded and printed and kept with you at all times. This can also be shown to security and exchanged for a contractor wrist band. This can be downloaded and printed once you have filled in all contractor details below.

If you arrive without a contractor wristband, work identity card or Exhibitor Badge, Köln Messe do have the right to decline you access to Hall.
